My worst downfall is pizza. if i don't eat it for 3 or more days, I get the pizza shakes and trust me, it's not a pretty site. You need to put up some more before and after pics so we can drool and ogle. You cannot be an effective weight loss gal unless you are drooled over and ogled (and yes, that's in the Bible) :)

ok, I have been told what I can't call you-how about tubby? j/k It's been a struggle forme as well, my downfall is sugar (I'm a diabetic) and getting rid of the cake and candy is easy, it's the breads and pasta that really get me in trouble!

    • Close Alzheimer's Disease

My father had Alzheimer's for at least 10 years. I had been his main care taker for most of his illness. After going thru all the stages of AD, he passed away in 2002 at the age of 80. I am here to help anyone else who may be dealing with this terrible disease. I understand the fear and frustration. I was so alone and talking about it always helped.

      Treatments

      Aricept Working / Worked
      Helped him some.
    • Close Diets & Weight Maintenance

I have recently lost 70 lbs. after being overweight for about 13 years. I am at a normal weight again but I'd still like to lose a little more and I want to maintain what I've lost. I struggle daily with my emotional addiction to food. I gained 80 pounds by not being aware of how much I was eating and how much I weighed. I was in total denial. Now, I know my calorie range and stick to it and I weigh myself at least once a week. I've got a tiger by the tail!

      Treatments

      Counting Calories Working / Worked
I used fitday.com and I swear by it! I measure everthing I eat and type it in.
Eating Healthier Foods Working / Worked
Low simple carb diet with as little processed food as possible.
      Eat Less Working / Worked
I measure everything I eat and record it.
      Physical Exercise Working / Worked
I hate it but I love feeling better, bp normal again, muscle tone is great, can eat more when I exercise, good for stress relief.
