JUST WANTED TO SEND A QUICK LITTLE NOTE TO SEE HOW YOU ARE DOING AND TO LET YOU KNOW THAT WE ARE HERE FOR YOU IF YOU NEED TO TALK. HAPPY VALENTINES DAY!!! SUMMER
Ray of Sunshine
Hi Cavant, Thanks for the HUG. Here's a little Sunshine. So sorry for your losses. Dealing with IPF is very draining. I'm still not on oxygen 24/7 yet but, I do have an oximeter and check my oxygen levels regularly. When I get tired it's usually because my oxygen is low. I just got out of the hospital due to one of 2 things that the Dr's haven't made up their minds yet. It's either several mini-strokes or a pinched nerve in my neck. I have to have another MRI on Monday and maybe then they can tell me more. I've already had a CT scan and MRI that didn't prove anything. Well I hope that you have a Splendid Weekend. God Bless, Tom

My mother just passed away on Dec. 8th 2008 of Pulmonary Fibrosis, so I understand what you are going through right now. I miss her very much too but I'm so thankful that she isn't struggling anymore and is with Jesus.

Close Pulmonary Fibrosis
I am the daughter of a man who lost his battle with severe ideopathic pulmonary fibrosis on Thanksgiving morning of 2008 and the grand daughter of a woman who lost her battle with pulmonary fibrosis in June of 2006. I am struggling to cope with the Terrible pain I feel as a result of losing my father 31 days ago and my grandmother 2 years ago, both from the same illness. I just need people to talk to that understand what I am feeling and what my father and grandmother dealt in their battles!
