Welcome Joyfulsong. I'm new too and just wanted to say that you will find this group really helpful. Our family/friends don't understand what is happening to us (mind you nor do I some days!)and I have found it helpful to relay some of the discussions of the group, to my husband/family et, in an attempt to help explain a little about RA. Because we all develop RA in different ways, no two of us are exactly the same, but you will find similarities in many of the posts that you can apply to yourself.
