      I'm a long time PMDD sufferer. Looking for all the info I can get on this topic

      Treatments

      Oral Contraceptives Not Working
      yasmin did not work. The side effects I got were horrible and it made the PMDD symptoms worse.
      Prozac Considering
      I would like to switch from Zoloft to Prozac in order to avoid discontinuation symptoms. And may be try taking Prozac only in the luteal phase.
      Zoloft Working / Worked
      It helps (it took the edge of my symptoms) but... it is not good for osteoporosis and I got extreme discontinuation (withdrawal) symptoms when I tried to lowered the dose. Right now I'm only taking 25mg which is a very low dose. They recommend 50mg.
