  you can and we're here. Sheesh that's a lot to handle and grief doesn't always come in a timely manner. In fact I think the grieving process isn't normally understood by most. if your fairly good at computers, look up grieving process etc, There's long process actually and it can be broken into stages. First one is denial. You try to be tough and go on and deal with things and then as you let your guard down the feeling pop up and say deal with me. Have you joined the bereavement group. I ahve been thru more than my share this last year and a half and I am right here. I have also started a new group , as I had one for years.
