Has she been diagnosed with postpartum? If so is she taking medication? My best friend experienced postpartum and walked out on her husband with the baby. Once she was diagnosed and received medication their relationship was mended. She is pregnant again and plans on going back on medication immediately after delivery. Couples counseling is always an option becuase you have the outsider looking in, although sometimes you have to therapist hop to find the right match. If you are employed you may want to go through EAP. Hope this helps!
