Trying to conceive for 9 years. Going on 41... want to be a mom more than anything with the man I love. Have been blessed with great friends and family. I have a wonderful, sweet, precious dog named Brooklyn... I am getting ready to apply to nursing school. We will have our healthy baby! God will provide! Next IVF cycle in October 2009!

- Artificial Insemination Not Working
- 3 failed--Tried one round of clomid (5 days) repronex (2 days) trigger shot---- BFN BF had very low sperm count, developed three follicles. Developed cysts, had to sit out a month, Dec did clomid only IUI # 2 BFN. Now in 2ww after back-2back IUI's, injections only, and trigger
- Basal Thermometer Not Working
- Can't stay on top of it!
- Clomid Somewhat Helpful
- Did IUI 12/23/08 after 5 days clomid... hoping for BFP
- Folic Acid Working / Worked
- Everyday!
- Follistim Too Soon to Tell
- HSG (Hysterosalpingography) Somewhat Helpful
- Tubes looked clear back in February, but had surgery since then
- In Vitro Fertilization Not Working
- 1st IVF failed w/ ICIS 5 day transfer 4 blasts. Got pregnant low 1st beta of 47 miscarried at 5 weeks.
- Ovulation Predictor Kit Working / Worked
- Seems to work
- Progesterone Working / Worked
- Have done suppositories and sub-q injections
- Repronex Working / Worked
- Did a cycle in Oct.. BFN! Just finished IUI with 6 days of Repronex injections. Developed some good follies.
Close Miscarriage
I just miscarried after my first IVF cycle. I believe it actually happened today. TTC for nine years. I am 40 & had never ever tested + for pregnancy. I am devastated and scared to try again.
