Don't be too hard on yourself - analyzing your Mom:daughter relationship when you're not feeling well. You're dong great. I and 53 and an ACOA. At this point in life, I don't blame my mother anymore - I just love her. But that's because I've dealt with my issues and realize I can't change her. Our mothers drive us crazy but they do love us.
I believe in you! I believe we can all get better if we are willing to really look at ourselves and work through the uncomfortable parts, which it looks like you are. Wishing you strength and clarity and I'm glad you're getting the support you need.
Thank you hayes77. I really needed that. I am new to this sight and not great with computers so hopefully I can find my way around it. Do you have a child that you are codependent with? Thanks for the hug! It was the first one I received and I needed it this morning.
I have been suffering this condition for several years and know that it can be debilitating emotionally and physically. I have one daughter, so I am blessed to not have had any of the fertility issues associated but I have many other symptoms and would love to get support from other sufferers and give support. x
Because I am finding it very difficult to live with this disease. Seeing my specialist tomorrow night after work. I want to learn all I can and also help contribute to the group. x
