I have had it for 2 years....each case is different. So you will have to talk to your drs. From what I know.. it does get worse... but it can take years. I hope this helps!

I hope you feel better soon... use a hot pad at home... the heat helps that nerve. I agree with the Gaba medicine they recommended. I take it too..... you need to get a medicine that will get you better sleep. The deeper you can go... the more relaxed that nerve will get. HUGS...
