Quite often, alot more than I would like. Alot of times I never actually throw up but I am nauseated alot.

I'm nauseated every single day. I do throw up a lot. I call myself "a puker." Sometimes my friends are around and I'm like, "oh okay guys, it's time. I'll be back in a few." I remember as a kid I had a phobia of throwing up, but now it's pretty run of the mill for me. I think there are lots of reasons why it happens to me personally.
Isn't nausea common for fibro/cfids?
