  Great to hear from you, i'm doing great, doing my walking twice a week 2 miles each time, putting this up to 3 times a week from monday but really enjoying it, strangely about 5 friends from the past have all got in contact againg, these are people who dont know each other from different eras of my life so i am really going to make an effort and get involved with people again, they know my situation and understand i am very self conscious about my weight but they have all been really supportive, i'll keep you updated, well done you in discovering the butterfly within, keep me upto date x hope you enjoy the group x

  I'm doing ok. Many times through the day Mum and Dad are on my mind. Marysville is on my mind. I want to cry a lot of the time but I don't, cry for those killed, cry for the forests, cry for the victims but its chin up and soldier on time because my kids need a strong Dad and I need to be able to help my Mum and Dad.
