HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU! HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU! YOU SMELL LIKE A MONKEY AND BELONG IN A ZOO! Sorry. My kids taught me that one, and I just can't get it out of my mind. You probably don't smell like a monkey--do you? I may belong in a zoo, but I think you should be allowed to run wild! So the only true thing about that birthday song is my wish that you have/had a very HAPPY one! And my quit is still one day older than yours!

Kim, please! Do me a favor. Change the wording in that hug you sent to me during my craving dilemma! Instead of "been having craves too, but haven't given in YET," please remove that ugly looking YET, throw it on the ground, jump up and down on it, shout COWABUNGA 3x's, and replace it with an ever so pretty NOPE! Well, I'm outa here until Wed. nite. Be good to yourself and extra special good to your hubby (men need to look out for each other). THANK YOU for looking out for me. It really did help me thru!

Hey Kim!! How have you been? It's been waayy to long. lol. These last couple of months while I worked on my senior disertation have been so busy. But I am graduated from college now and so thankful! lol. You are doing awesome on being smoke free for so long!! Go you!

I am 40 and am totally sure I am going through peri even though my gyn wont say anything other than my hormones are changing. I have all of the symptoms with the worst being anxiety and health anxiety. I can handle the rest of it.....
