bagel w/ cream cheese- (230+100 calories) 

 

Nutrisoda Immune- (15 calories) 

 

toaster scramble- (180 calories) 

 

1 cup of broccoli and 1 tspn of butter- ( 23+60 caloires) 

 

3 tbspn.s peanut butter on 1/2 a piece of flat bread- ( 285+100 calories) 

 

1 very small apple- ( 50 calories) 

 

1/2 bagel with slice of ham- (115+30 calories)  

 

 

I lost 12 pounds since I started! Woohoo! Less than I wanted but more than it seemed!  

 

Special K Protein Bar- (180 calories)

 

Eliptical- 20 minutes slower and faster alternating pace- ( -250 calories)

Crunches- 100 pounds- 30 reps

Arm/chest machine- 25 pounds- 30 reps

 

Slim Fast Bar- (120 calories)
