Off to a good start today walked to the gym ,warmed up on a stationary bike and did my new circuit training schedule I was lucky enough to have company this morning with my daughter to yell out the times keep me motivated and another gal who does my same circuit to work out with me and she urged that we did our abs also which I might have skipped since I pushed myself as if my trainer was there =) my eating was a tad off i had a normal size 3/4 cup bowl of cereal down size was it was frosted flakes but I did have 1% milk to that was a good thing. also I had my coffee that I cant kick to the curb.. but when I was at gym I was very hungry i know someone said that its the fat burning off but I couldn't help it So I came home and made me a 2 egg white omelet with onion,green peppers,tomatoes, black olives I didn't measure the ingreadiants cause I thought well there veggies but I guess they all amounted to a cup? idk it was good and 3 hours from the cereal lol i just have to keep up with the whole eating right in this day to make it to the next
