thanks for all your info and support. The Pristique anti-depressant I am on is doing great...just that Buspar that is sucking eggs, SIGH. I will just have to make an appintment with my doc. That Xanax is sounding better and better lol. I just don't want anything that will make me addicted you know.
Lived with panic and anxiety off and on for 30 years. Twice major. I always have hope of someday being able to make plans without worrying about, "what if?" Sometimes I have a meltdown pity-party and ask God, "Are you really there and if so why don't you heal me from this?", and then after a good cry look for more help.
I have been living with/struggling w/panic, anxiety, agorophobia for 30 yrs. Recently had a setback which caught me offguard. I have been reading books (Law of Attraction), journaling my successes, stood in line 2-1/2 hours to vote and just getting out everyday. I also walk 5k most days at the river. When I started having all day anxiety and a panic attack in my own home at midnight I was sure it was something else. So I got on low dose of Xanax for the 1st time in 8yrs & started counseling
