Well yesterday the 12th was my birthday! It turned out really nice, just had both sides of my husband and I's family over for cake and ice cream.  Nice and low key, that always is a good thing! My colitis is staying pretty good under control these days.  I still have a few flares but nothing like before.  I do suffer from sour stomach at nights a lot, that is about the just of feeling ucky. If I could have been asked do you think you will feel better in 2 months,  2 months ago, I would have said NO WAY! I pretty much had flares most days, it was terrible.  

I am just so thankful for my husband who is very supportive, and the strength God gives me to overcome my obstacles that we face from day to day.  I started an OTC medicine called Digestive Advantage for Crohns and Colitis patients. It seems to truely be helping, I hope it stays helping, plus I make sure to drink my Citrucel everyday.  

Day by day is how we gotta hang in there, it will get better for all of us! Maybe one day there will be a cure all pill! I am rooting for that!!!!!
