I love to walk so in the past month, I have walked on the weekend for 4-6 miles each time. Not only does it allow me to clear my head, it also sheds some weight from me. YEA! I recd the Wii Fit for my BD so I plan to use that system as well to build a better body.
UPDATED GOALS






Its been awhile however, I maintain on my path. I am now trying to rethink my thinking and focus more on how I feel and less on what the scale tells me. Yes, I will eat right and exercise but if the scale takes too long to go down but my clothes are fitting better, I will embrace that change.
