I love to walk so in the past month, I have walked on the weekend for 4-6 miles each time. Not only does it allow me to clear my head, it also sheds some weight from me. YEA! I recd the Wii Fit for my BD so I plan to use that system as well to build a better body.

Its been awhile however, I maintain on my path. I am now trying to rethink my thinking and focus more on how I feel and less on what the scale tells me. Yes, I will eat right and exercise but if the scale takes too long to go down but my clothes are fitting better, I will embrace that change.
My Sports Medicine doctor has confirmed that the arthritis in my knee will get progressively worst if I pursue this goal. So, sadly, I will be altering this goal to something less stressful on the knee. Perhaps, I will take swimming lessons. Who knows?

Motivation is hard when all that you hear supporting you are the ones who are not doing it with you or even following their own goals. I normally motivate myself and usually complete my goals but lately I have not been encouraged. I need something to kick me off to reach a new goal so that I can pay it forward.
I motivated myself to get my MBA. I motivated myself to lose weight, time and time again. I motivated myself to grow in my job but now what. What's my next goal...I have to keep growing.
