  Hi Patrick, my name is dana5 Happy New Year to you although you feel pretty bad mate,just remember your never alone i know that sucks by saying that but I go through life just one day at time and believe me it can be so tough somedays. I have struggled with the booze all my life and it shits man because it is bloody legal. I can't believe I am still here as I was a speed freak and heroin everything you name it, but i got off all that and now i am on anxiety tablets have been for the last 8 years. I just want you to know if you do the detox which I have done several times in the last 6 years that it does help.Life is confusing too but at the end of the day if you can push yourself to really give up, all good things will come to you believe me. Sure i am no angel as I have lapsed on the booze 4 times last year and the year before I had big bender too. In 2005 I was almost sober for a year till i had a massive arguement with the chemist guy damn him but hey thats what happens. I do have bad anger problems too i guess thats probably all the shit I have had in my system over the years. What I try to do now is listen to my inner self and i find by doing that i ask the question how will i benefit from this. Mate Good luck and all my best wishes for you in the New Year. dana5

  the story of the rainbow is that God sent it after he flooded and destroyed all like in the earth becuase of all the sin. he destroyed all except one man and his family and a few animals on a huge ship called Noah's arc. then they replenishsed the earth and God sent the eainbow as a sign that he would never destroy the earth with rain again. yesterday you wanted to cry, did you cry? tears make you clean the same way rain made the earth clean centuries ago during Noah's time. i am sending the rainbow becuase it sybolizes that you are not gonna be distroyed, God id going to spare all of us, he has already rinsed the earth with water... i just hope you got a good cry in yesterday. and feeling better. HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!
