I am STILL peri-menopause. I am 49, started getting night sweats and hot flashes once every month or so at age 46. Since then, those two delightful symptoms have been getting increasingly more often. Over the last 4 months, greeting by period for about 4 days prior, I can count on being soaked in the night sometime multiple times in the same night. This month they are almost every day - but, I still have a period. My migraines have increased in number as well.
