About Me
I am 51 and have been married for 9 yrs. this is my sec. marriage. I use to work in marketing, which I loved. I did that until I was hit by a car while trying to get off the highway after running out of gas, in May. Now I am pretty much home bound, while I'm recovering. My Mom died while I was in the hospital. So it's been very hard since I was unable to be with her at the time of her passing, or go to her funeral.

Close Depression
Type: Clinical (Major) DepressionI have been battleing with depression for over 10 yrs now. Dawned on me what my problem was along with alcohoism when I was working in a psyc. unit. I would listen to my patients and think OMG I totally understand that feeling I feel the same way!!!! When my depression got really bad I would drink.. oh yeah that helped. Woke up in an ICU in 91 fighting for my life. OD in a black out. After I made it through that I decided I didn't really want to die but did need something to get better.

- works great!! for me
- Elavil Not Working
- is what I OD'd on not good for me
- Paxil Not Working
- had bad side effects physical ones
- Psychotherapy Working / Worked
- works I dont' have many friends an someone to talk to even if they getting paid to listen. feels good.
- Trazodone Working / Worked
- worked well with my effexor as a sleep aid.
- Wellbutrin Not Working
- made me feel like a zombie to tired all the time
- Writing Somewhat Helpful
- as been awhile since i did that guess I should try it again
- Lipitor Working / Worked
- keeps my cholestrol down!
