      I believe that I have suffered with sciatica for many years, but it has become much more painful and unrelenting during the past year.

      Treatments

      Ibuprofen Not Working
      Doesn't work.
      Stretching Not Working
      sometimes I think that stretching has exacerbated the pain.
      Pilates Working / Worked
      I believe that may be providing some relief at times. But as soon as I mistakenly overdo it, it flares up again.
