THey are putting me on risperdal, and I was warned about lactation. YAY. But the seroquel is not working. I spent $500 in 2 days. I bought BIRDS. And a bunch of stuff that I have no idea what it is. Kyle has my meds and my car keys.

Close Bipolar Disorder
I prefer the label manic-depression. Bipolar I, with an emphasis on the manic side of the illness. Somehow, I'm still here- and my brain, I believe, is in my head.
Treatments
- Klonopin Working / Worked
- 1 mg
- Lamictal Not Working
- I took lamictal for 3 years and loved it. Great for me. When I moved from 200 to 300 mg, 6 weeks later I had a serious SJS-like skin reaction, and was taken off of it. Now, it's no longer.
- Lithium Working / Worked
- 13 years. It's saving my life.
- Meditation Working / Worked
- Mindfulness
- Psychotherapy Working / Worked
- I've had two great therapists in my life- and I'm with the second right now. Trust makes all the difference
- Seroquel Somewhat Helpful
- Synthroid Too Soon to Tell
- Starting 10/14/09. Hoping it will also help me stabilize lithium levels
Close Trying To Conceive
I am not ttc yet- but hope to start trying in the next few months. it would be a high-risk pregnancy and there is a lot to think about.
