It was my first post-gig weekend. I was very conscious of having no where to go. I resisted the urge to play my sax, but I finally gave in and started feeling better. Charlotte says it's just withdrawl symptoms, but I think it's a bit more. 

UPDATED GOALS

Stay sober at all costs

    It is... it's like when we quit drinking and that first 90 days we don't know what to do with our hands. Ask yourself... what did you do to fill up that time... and do it again!
