      I've had mild gastritis for about 2 years now. My symptoms keep changing from abdominal pain, back pain, nausea, heart burn, diarrhea & bloating. I was never prescribed any medication but I keep trying to watch what I eat. It's difficult because nearly everything bothers me. I try to stay away from caffeine, chocolate, citrus, acidic foods & carbonated beverages but it's not easy. I can't eat any vegetables & I usually don't have coffee. I can handle soda & chocolate in small doses.
