Close Anxiety

i am afraid of getting crazy. i experienced this fear about 10 years ago, but friends and psychotherapy helped. i got married, i went through many stressful situations, but i was feeling fine, i had difficult times but i was feeling strong and ready to fight anything. i got tired though. a few months ago, i experienced the side effects of some antiinflammatory drugs i was prescribed in very high dosages. since then the fear came back. i need to do an endoscopy and i am afraid of the sedation!
