So good to hear that you are getting back to normal after the chemo.. I am as well. It's as though I am becoming the person I forgot I was, lots of energy and a brain that actually works. It is tough, after treatment, waiting for test, results and wondering what's going on.. as you say.. OC symptoms are very vague and like a lot of other things.. I wouldn't worry about a fuss about nothing though, not after all that you have just been through. When is your next check up? Love and a hug to you. Inka xxx

Close Ovarian Cancer
I just turned 27. I found my 15x27cm tumor at work while we were fooling with the ultrasound machine. I did surgery and 6 rounds of chemo while my husband was deployed in Iraq. I'm living in a military town and have never met anyone else with ovarian, but I'd love to! Now that I have cheated death and (hopefully) made it, I've found that my new perspective on life has distanced me from my friends who feel they will live forever. All of this has left me with a lot of questions about life.
Treatments
- Carboplatin Working / Worked
- The worst was how it affected me mentally. I could take all the physical stuff, but the depression, chemo brain, foginess, wild mood swings really had me wishing I would die, but I was to depressed to attempt.. Chemo stopped and it went away overnight.
- Chemotherapy Working / Worked
- Like you are crazy hungover all the time, and you just feel dumb.
- Taxotere Working / Worked
- Taxol Working / Worked
- evil stuff.
