Pain is at a moderate level today. Had MRI yesterday which is always an experience since I am both claustrophobic and obese so even though they use the open sided MRI I still fir tight and get a little claustrophobic. Fortunately I had some meds to help me through it so my anxiety level was not that high. Found out a good friend lost his dog to a car accident on Friday made me cry. Such a good dog and person involved. Kind of bumming my whole day but I gotta be there for my friend so I'm trying to be positive for him. Snowed a bunch here in Minnesota last night so my spouse will need to clean off the driveway cause I can't with my bad back. Makes me feel frustrated
