Hug
Sending a hug since I am little late getting into the discussion group. I have tried botox and it has certainly lessened the intensity of the migraines. I also get regular massage from an RMT and they also help. Good luck!

Thank you so much for your comment on my journal entry. The things you said make so much sense. I do realize why I left. It was extremely unhealthy. He also told me that he was no longer in love with me and wanted me to leave. That hurts so much because I am still in love with him, but I have to let it go. As the song says, "gotta let it burn". I know that time heals, I just wish I could skip ahead a few months to see if I'm truly gonna be happy...thanks so much for caring! Your words helped me a lot.

I just read your response to "soul mates" - wow, I know what you mean about the wedding day - not feeling like he was your "soul mate"....but to actually know who your soul mate is and be with him now and be happy! What a story! I am happy for you...(and P.S. if you run into my soul mate - will you tell him I'm patiently waiting) ...lol
