been doin way better especially with the agorophobia and social anxiety.Found a therapist i really enjoy talking to'and been doin great so far but I still struggle everyday with little anxiety and ocd so still writing things down when it happens and snappin that rubberband to snap me out.I can not tell you how much getting up and exercising helps and not watching the boob toob all day long .I make sure I take my vitamins everyday and get a good nights sleep that is vital if not i am out of whack wich sucks.OH yeah started school 2 days ago and had the courage to stay for the whole class so i do give myself a pat on the back for that.
