Hello all. I have been overweight for most of my life. When I got pregnant with my daughter, I was the smallest I have ever been due to I was sick. Being fat has always been a part of me, and I shielded myself with the thoughts of I'm pretty. But now I can't see past it. It may be becuz I have turned 30. I feel that I should be able to walk into any store and be able to grab a shirt off the rack. I'm just ready to change.
Treatments
- Physical Exercise Somewhat Helpful
- I can do at least 30 minutes a day workout., but it just pushing myself to get started.
- Slim-Fast Considering
- I have done this in the past
- South Beach Diet Working / Worked
- I did this diet and it was awesome.., except for the mood swings I experienced and my rapid sluggishness.
Close Infertility, Secondary
Treatments
- Basal Thermometer Working / Worked
- Couldn't figure it out, or would fail to do it at the correct time.., its really hard to use when you are a night shift nurse.., so my times are all thrown off
- Clomid Working / Worked
- Clomid did not work for me in the past, but maybe it will this time
