      I am starting on the Cleveland Clinic's Modified Fast Protein Diet- and it is really hard!

      I was diagnosised with fibro finally a few weeks ago. It has been over a year since I started having symptoms.

      hot showers help
      Neurontin Somewhat Helpful
      puts me to sleep- not a lot of change in my pain levels
      Ultram Not Working
      Tried it- did not help

    • Open Adoption

      My husband and I adopted a little girl who was in the foster care symptom for almost 4 years. She has been with us for over a year (her adoption was in may, 08). It can be tough at times, she still has temper tantrums, bed wets and can be either a loving kid, or a terror. But we love her and will make this work.
