  Yes, I think we were meant to heal together.No, I did not go, family from out of town was my "excuse"!!! They have great one on Sunday and I will make that one.

  Debbie, I am following a pre-taper program and it has me at 5 mg. till I reach 20 mg. and then it goes to 2.5, then 1 mg., then .5 till it is gone. I think what I am feeling i will feel no matter what? Did you feel a big difference when you went to 1 mg.?
