      I had a hysterectomy on October 28th. A week and a half later I ended up in a massive pulmonary embolism. Three of the five lobes of my lungs were filled with clots. I have been quite nervous and anxious. I am on coumadin but had lovenox added for the weekend due to low INR. I had gone into the ER two weeks ago with tachycardia. They explained that my heart was working extra hard because I was using a two lane highway instead of a five way highway to breath with.

      Treatments

      Heparin Working / Worked
      Heparin in the hospital
      Lovenox Working / Worked
      Lovenox given in the hospital and then again over a weekend to bring INR back up.
      Coumadin Working / Worked
      I am on 38 mg of coumadin
