      i left an abusive relationship 3 yrs ago now live with 2 teenage children happily miles away BUT why am i still so unhappy i thought it was all fine but somethings not right in my head yet

      Abuse Counseling Not Working
      my fault couldn't face the issues couldnt find the words only tears
      Leave Working / Worked
      slipped out one morning with the children and a suitcase went to the police station, made a call to womens refuge people, got on a train, took a taxi ( me in wheelchair, 2 kids, black sacks of belongings) stayed in refuge 5 months now have a wonderful home miles away. free for 3 yrs now.
      Psychotherapy Working / Worked
      couldnt face the issues too soon after leaving
      Talking Working / Worked
      with other women in the refuge
