Did my shot and took an Ambien CR  and got 5 hours of sleep.I have not been sleeping well lately anyway, stressed over many things. I woke up sweaty and chilled and just layed in bed until the dogs wanted their food. My wife actually fed them ,then I fell back asleep for about an hour and a half. Then I got up did my oatmeal, waited and then did my pills and layed down for awhile. The injection spot is not too sore , I can tell I had shot ,so now on to day two.The pills make me amped , that is about it and I also had a slight headache and took some tylenol. My poor wife is having a harder time of this than I am actually....
