My last week of TX , I hope, I just took my morning meds for Monday .Friday night last Meds go down. I still feel like crap and look forward to feeling a little more like a human being although I know it will take awhile. It took me six months to feel this crappy I do not expect to be out running around immeadiately. I like the idea of no more injections .I just hope that my final labs are good as I am not going through this crap again. It has been one of the toughest procedures I have ever had to follow in my 52 years of existing. Thanks to one and all that listened to me rant , vent and ask questions during this ordeal....

I have 5 weeks to go until I am done and I am ready.I now wake up with headaches, ears ringing, mouth sores and really bad brain fog. Then I get so tired it is not even funny.I am getting grumpier and my internal medicine guy says I can increase the dosage of Zoloft but , I am not going to as I know it is going to be tough enough as it is to come off all the drugs I am now taking along with the poison. I am happy that I cleared so quickly and my liver enzymes corrected themselves as well as they have as I take that to be a positive sign I have a really good chance of being SVR. Being geno 2 sure helped.... Raining here today on the Crystal Coast of North Carolina

I'm so sorry to hear how horrible you feel.
Every time I hear about someone having those dreadful tx headaches, and pains it gives me the willies.
Treatment was so hard on me, and to see others suffer from it, saddens me.
But I"m proud that you managed to kill the beast, so early in the game.
Good for you.
Soon you will be free of it all. Soon my friend.

ps: I was diagnosed with diabetes today, see journal for more details. : (
I take my 5th shot tonight. My WBC's are getting lower as time goes on but , not enough to get a shot it seems. I had a full blood work up done on the 12th and actually see the doctor on the 25th next week to go over how I am doing. I have lost some weight but , am taking something to settle the stomach down so I am holding steady now. My ALT and AST numbers have improved , not drinking most likely helped that out a bunch . I am just trying to get through this so I can go back to school to have a better chance at securing a decent job which is scarce where I live as my savings have dwindled away as most people with a 401K and back to work I must go to help my wife out from being the sole breadwinner .It will be interesting being 52 and back in school. I do find that I am getting headaches more in the afternoon if I do not keep something in my stomach so 5 times a day I am eating and drinking about 160 ounces of fluids including two servings of V-8 to help out with my vegatable and fruit intake. I will post again after the visit to the GI next week....

Just a few more...almost there...Praying your labs are great! I won't do this again, either.
