I have been going to a natural healer who is also a very close friend who does stuff very similar to Reiki with the background and views of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. This is really what put me on the path to recovery not only from sicknesses I had because of the abuse I went through, but also working through and recovering from the sexual abuse. This kind of natural healing encompasses emotional, social, physical, and spiritual health. It has really saved my life!
