Hi girly! I enjoyed talking to you before. How are you doing? I just found out yesterday that I have narcolepsy AND sleep apnea AND possibly dysautonommia. I am sad about it all, mostly because of nursing school. He prescribed Nuvigil but I havent tried it yet, I am scared to take it. And I have a breathing machine for the apnea. I slept with it last night and it was awful! I hope that your eye is getting better. Take care and keep in touch new friend. Emily

Close Narcolepsy
diagnosed with narcolepsy & cataplexy, not coping very well with it, i hate being so different so quickly, frustrating, and depressing....sigh

had problem with anxiety and or depression for around 22yrs seems to be getting worse when it rears it's ugly head, felt I was going to die at times or just go mental all the usual horrible anxiety symptons. I will find peace within one day. x

- not fully got the hang of it yet I tend to go abit tense trying to do them and over breath.
