In 2005 I was diagnosed as being Lactose Intolerant and having Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS). Both started at the same time in March 2005. The IBS seems to be triggered by the Intolerance. My fiancee, Willaim73 was diagnosed with Autoimmune Pancreatitis and Cystic Fibrosis of the Pancreas. New symotoms keep surfacing.

- Acidity in foods and drinks upset my stomach and make me feel full. It causes bouts of bad gas.

- Lactaid Somewhat Helpful
- Lactaid stays with me better than milk.

I have been suffering pain in one of my wrists for a month or so. A few days after it started the pain went up to my elbow then shoulder. For a couple of days I couldn't extended my arm behind me. Now the majority of my pain is from my wrist to elbow and in my fingers. I can barely use my fingers.

- Wrist Splint Somewhat Helpful
