    Hey girl! thanks for the hug! I have not been very active on our site for being over weight because I am dealing with so much in the Chronic Pain groups here. Thanks for the rainbow.... I have been to so many clinics for weight loss etc... I understand the addiction to food. It is soooo hard to over come it... Take it one day at a time. I love the lean cuisines, kashi bars, cereal ( total or cherrios) apples and veggies... I try to choose chicken, tuna, or any white food meat wise...then, i try to stay away from bread. If I eat bread, it is like I want more.... so, if I can stay off of the WHITE products, I can lose weight... did you know that diet pop puts weight on you? they dont tell you but it is TRUE. Switch to crystal lite, propel waters, etc.... water........ lots...try to journal each day what you are eating.... pick a picture of yourself when you were where you want to be. Put it on the fridge. Go thru your closet. Set it up according to sizes... Because we all fluctuate when we are addicted to food, i have size 12 to 18. I am doing this and am CLAIMING OUT LOUD "I WILL DROP 50. As in, 50 pounds... I am not using a scale. I am choosing the right stuff. not going back for seconds and not eating past 7 if i do, it is lite, a handful of nuts, or cheerios ..... you can do this. what do you want. It is your life. You get to say NO to the CRAP in the markets...... Say NO to it... Choose the right stuff and you know what i mean.... if you use mayo, go lite, then add olive oil.... if you use butter, use olive oil. spices, etc.... you can do it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and yes, you should keep 1 bag of chips, per week, put a handful in a bowl and put the chips away. and then go eat your chips. Chocolate, get kisses. Each day, give yourself a kiss! good luck and much blessings to you. YOU ARE WORTH IT!
