  I read the answer you put on the kick in the paints post. You hit the nail on the head when you said that if I loved myself wouldn't I take better care of myself. Now you know why you overeat. Start there and work on ways to love you. :) Just my humble thoughts

  At the moment I have been unable to get ANYTHING for pain. My PCP dropped the ball and is refusing to even return my calls. I am adding you as a friend so you can read my journals. I used to let everyone read them but found out that people can google my name and read my info here on DS so I have gone back to only allowing my friends to read my journal now. Some guy from CA pm'ed me the other day and offered to sell me half of his pain meds b/c he could not afford them all. He had a very low info profile and it kinda scared me. Thought he might be some kind of DEA officer or something. I would never do something like that anyway but some people may be desperate enough to do something like that. I have to get to bed (I pray that I can get a little sleep)... Got to be at the Duke University Clinic at 8am to see another specialist. I'll be using my driving time for prayer for all of us.
