Dear All
I am very much thankful for the best wishes just because of this I successfully faced the major operation of hystructomy. It was a tough decision to take along with infertiltiy. The most alarming symptom was Ascites which was recurring as an when I stop taking tablet Aldectone. Another thing is the MRI report which incated left ovary cystic, before that it was always normal in V/Sc and U/S also CA 125 raised for 303 to 550. Heavy bleeding and severe pain during periods was also a problem. This situation forced me to go for
surgery. although the tapping of fluid resulted no malignant particles. The doctor was not sure that after surgery I will get rid of this Ascites problem. My Uterus was extremly enlarged reaching to sub umblicus region. Exacly one month ago 11 feb, 2009 I had undergo this surgical treatment my uterus, both ovaries and fallopian tube are removed and Al-Hamdolillah today I joined my Office.I am so much thankful to God and those who prayed for me. My recovery Was extremely amazing (Masha-allah).Biopsi report of uterus, ovaries fallopian tube and omentum indicates benign condition, confirms adenomyosis and Till today no Ascites is faced and CA125 was 150 on next day of operation. I greatly wish blessings of God for all. Can anyone tell me the tips for a quality life withou the organs which I have lost. I am taking pragnovit and osnate. for what I should be more careful?

I just now read this. You can have OVCA without tumors. I did. It is called Primary Peritineal Carcinome. It is a form of OVCA. It is a cancer of the lining of your abdominal cavity. I am not saying that is what you have, but you do need to have it checked out. By this time you may already have. Please let us know how you are doing.
