I'm a recently separated law student. And also was involved in an MVA, which prevented surgery that had been planned to correct a congenital scoliosis of my spine! The pain from this back injury caused me to lose a lucrative job and this was more than my Ex could deal with. I now work from home as a paralegal for a prestigeous law firm, and continue my studies as well. I am hoping to find some real understanding of my issues here on Daily Strength. I have many interests, with writing and travel high on my list. I do much of my own sewing and currently am wanting to make my own greeting cards as a byproduct of scrapbooking! When I'm not unwinding with a book in my hand, I usually can be found with a Cross Stitch project underway.

I was in an MVA almost a year ago, and my life has been turned upside down with all of the complications.
I sustained back injuries in an MVA almost a year ago. This excaborated preexisting pain from Scoliosis, which was suppose to have been corrected with the insertion of a rod just last summer.
I'm new here, and hoping reading in this particular group will act like a crash course in how DS functions!
