      I am new to sleep apnea. I had a sleep study that showed mild sleep apnea but my oxygen dropped at night so they wnted to do a home study. I was then told that my machine would have to be set at 12. I was surprised it ws so high and I am having problems now. I am confused about all of this so I am glad there is a forum

      CPAP Somewhat Helpful
      I am having problems with the mask. It makes a bright red mark on the nose and i have adjusted the mask many times trying to correct this. I also noticed since the VNA came over after my trial and told me I have to have it set on 12 my stomach fills up with air and i wake up with so much pain!! Any suggestions.

      I have mild sleep apnea and I have a full face mask. I have tried rozerem and that did not help me sleep so they just started me on Clonazepam 1 mg at bed time . It works but I am so agitated today and i have only been on it for 5 days. Is this normal. I am extremely agitated and that is not at all how i am. It really works well !!

      tried the ocean sound or crickets and I had no problem falling asleep. It is just that I cannot stay asleep
      Reading Working / Worked
      made me tired but I woke up right away
      Rozerem Working / Worked
      did not work. Didn't even make me tired
