Well Dr. Tucker gave me estratest h.s. today. Side effect is weight gain. Boy oh Boy, something to be excited about. I promised her I would take it thru january. We will see.

Well, it's been a week and two days since taking estratest h.s. I am noticing some emotional changes in myself. I also had a slight libido increase this week. That's fun.. :) I am hoping I'm on the right track. I walked 4 days this week. Each walk was a total of 3 miles in 45 minutes or less. This is what Dr. Tucker suggested I do. We will see. If anything, I feel better.
