I’m With You
At last a fellow traveller, except for the libertarianism - I BELIEVE THAT THE WORLD WON"T SURVIVE WITHOUT (judicious) Government intervention. (Ignore caps - my mouse is playing up). I believe if there wasn't such social sanctions against not having babies, we had less community ills such as child abuse, overpopulation, environmental degradation etc. Lots of luck - Aussie MINDLESLEY

I'm hoping to meet others who may understand my baby-phobia.
Close Diets & Weight Maintenance
Currently working on losing a total of 90lbs...I'm 41 down :)
Treatments
- 3 Hour Diet Working / Worked
- Eating every 3hrs really seems to help me a LOT.
- Counting Calories Working / Worked
- I think this one is the key....if I didn't count calories, I'd never lose weight.
- Eating Healthier Foods Working / Worked
- It's true...eating healthier foods allows you to feel fuller for longer and on fewer calories.
- Eat Less Working / Worked
- It took some training, but now that I'm used to eating smaller portions, it has really helped me lose weight.
- Physical Exercise Working / Worked
- I walk or jog 6 days a week, and I think it makes a huge difference.
