      Just ran across your profile... although I don't have exactly the same issues as you do (though I can sort of understand some of it) I can very much relate to the extreme feelings of inadequacy and fear of rejection, especially from the opposite sex (read my profile and you'll probably see what I mean!). Yet I can also tell you that not all women are like your ex... I used to wonder the same thing, whether I'd always be alone, but to make a long story short I'm happily married now. :) I hope things work out for you in the timing you're ready for them, however that is! Feel free to send me a note if you want to talk more!

      I think I have hypogonadism because of the emotional & physiological symptoms I've read which indicate that I have it. I'm single & my last girlfriend from 3 years ago couldn't accept my lack of sexual prowess & my physical inadequacies. She was very clear on that. My feminine sounding voice has added to my feelings of inadequacy. I've been single for most of my life.I just don't feel like my level of masculinity attracts women.I might not be able to afford treatment.I feel very empty & alone.

      I've had gout now for quite a few years. I used to drink lots of beer with a diet that consisted of red meat, fast food & other deep fried stuff. I regulate my diet now & try to exercise more. Trimming down my weight & a moderate diet has helped lessen gout attacks.

      Treatments

      Colchicine Working / Worked
      It works but gives gastric pains on an empty stomach.
      Dietary Modification Working / Worked
      Cutting down my intake of red-meat & eating more vegetables. Exercising more like brisk walks or short sprints also help with weight loss. Doing many reps of lifting free weights helps to burn protein & firm up muscle mass.
