well here we go again,im back a work after i had my appointment, it didnt go too well, I was crying and i couldnt stop, i was very queit after it, and i was emotionally and phsycically tired, all i wanted to do was sleep. but it didnt happen that was, I had a restless night, i managed to sleep a little.
