I have worked long and hard to keep my A1C at that level, at one time I had an A1C of 5.1 but I finally relaxed a little with myself and rose a little. When I was dxd I was so strict with myself and my endo kept telling me to relax and let myself have a treat once in awhile so I finally did. Thanks for the good wishes and the hug Helen

I got my 1st attack of vertigo about 1-2 years ago. The 1st was the worst & most frightening.I didn't know how to control the spinning, couldn't lift my head off the floor & had a lot of vomiting. I didn't have another attack for a while. Now I seem to be having them more often & they seem to be lasting for days. They start so suddenly(they wake me up when I roll over in bed at night)now they last for days. The 1st day or two I can't get out of bed. after that I can get back into life carefully.
